Custom Color!My hair has never looked better! I was using a box color for my red- and the manufacturer kept changing my color!! Which means you can't get it any more- unless you go on Amazon and be expected to pay way to much! So glad I found esalon!! My color will never change!! Color didn't takeI loved everything about this coloring process except that my hair color ended up almost identical to what it was prior to coloring it. I am not happy with the results and have let E-salon know the color was wrong for my hair. Nothing was mentioned about refunding my purchase nor sending the right color to replace the one that didn't work. They said they want me to order another color and see if that works. Best colour I have ever used.As title suggests. I love this colour. Perfect grey coverage. I get complemented on my colour all the time. Only negative is the sachet of shampoo that comes in box doesn't have enough product to use on my thick hair. Fast postage to uk as well. Very impressed. The best hair color used at home.ESalon, I've colord my hair for years, I'm only 52 years of age. They call my type of hair premature gray. This product of yours is wonderful, i also receive compliments on my color, and what salon I go too. I've never got that from cheap store bought color.
