TOO DARKThis is the second time I ordered this color and I loved it the first time. It had dimension and very little red. This time when I used it, it was extremely dark, practically black with ALOT of red undertone, which is not what I wanted at all. I contacted their customer service and they said someone would be with me soon. But I haven't heard anything back. Did Not Work!I was pretty clear with my colorist about how stubborn my grays are, but it doesn't appear that any modifications were done to my custom instructions or the custom color to make the color adhere better, or at least to lengthen the processing time to allow time for stubborn grays to go away. I followed the directions, exactly, and afterwards, as soon as I was done washing my hair, I went to the mirror to check the results, and....huge disappointment! I still have gray showing, crystal clear, at my temple areas, and those were the areas I covered first, just to give them longer before rinsing. DissapointedI did not get anything close to what I asked fot, i said my hair was dark brown with carmel to lighter highlights, and I get grey easy, and that I needed to cover grey now, they sent me just a dark brown for my roots only, that will do nothing for me. I needed to color my whole head to cover the grey, and what about my highlights, I didnt get my Argon oil, I paid %14 for it, Id like to send the box back, and cancel future orders, sorry this wont wonk for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. OVERPRICED GARBAGEWhen I got my color I followed the instructions to a T and I had a beautiful deep rich shiny mahogany color. I didn't wash my hair for several days and when I finally did with a reputable brand of sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner after the second time the color had all completely faded out and I now have a light strawberry blonde. THIS is overpriced crap. I'm only thankful I got a deal with Allure and only had to pay $10 and free shipping. Never again. I canceled my account. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not Dark beige blonde, but reddy brownI have light brown and grey soft regrowth from highlights. I ordered dark beige blonde. Followed instructions exactly, left with reddy light brown tinge. It isn't terrible, it is blended, but it just isn't want i wanted. I really dislike brassiness, so am disappointed that ordering a cool beige tone has resulted in brassiness and is much darker than expected. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Still red tonesUnfortunately your adjustment did not get rid of the orange and red colours now it’s just a maroon red, I Appreciate everything you’ve tried but like I said ash colours are the only colour that works better for me which was my initial choice and which I’ve not been able to try per your choice . I would be willing to try the medium Ashbrown ,my initial choice at your cost. if this is unacceptable then I will just move on.
