Something is happening with the formula?With the last application, my hair looks dry, gray hair is not covered. I followed the instructions step by step as usual. We have made no changes to our color formula, but we changed our Personalized Instructions as of 2016, most notably your Rinse Through Your Ends step in your application, which you might be more familiar with as the former Shine and Rinse step. In this step, you take your leftover mixed color into the shower after the timer goes off, and massage it in all over until it feels creamy before you rinse. Horrible resultsFollowed directions that I received with my color Didn't cover gray. I called and complained they sent me a new batch, needless to say that didn't cover my grey either after washing my hair. Lots of compliments!I have used eSalon twice now and have been getting a lot of compliments on my hair color. Most don't know it is covering my grey.
