I ordered the same hair color as last time and this was not it!I'm not sure what happened here but the reason that I absolutely LOVED the first order I received from eSalon was that it had a separate dye application for the roots and the rest of my hair which made it incredibly consistent in color as well as shiny. The best dye job I've had non-professionally and better than many I received in salons. When I re-signed up for this delivery, I assumed that I would receive the same product but no, I got one bottle of dye for both roots and the rest and it did not work the way that I wanted it to. I'm hoping that for my next delivery this issue will be rectified but I don't know how to customize such an order.
