Super happy with colorI have to say, I was really scared to use this product but I am loving it! My favorite part was the personalized instructions which were very easy to follow and pinpointed exactly what I wanted to do. The color matched fantastically and everyone at work thought I had it done in a salon. Best duplication of my natural color ever!I've been to countless salons, used every retail hair color product made, and I've never seen such spot on duplication of my natural hair color. A little disappointedI've only tried the product once and was shocked when I was finished and carefully started to comb my hair out and a huge chuck of it came out, I had also used a leave in hair treatment that I use after every wash. I'm also surprised at how fast the color fades considering I use very expensive color treated shampoo & conditioner. All my grey is peaking through so I'm going to try the root touch up this one time and see what happens.
