Love the colorLove my color and am extremely happy with your customer service on changing the color to get just the right shade. Hair Looks Great!I love that I no longer have to go to the drug store and try to figure out what color my hair is ... and what color I want it to be. I now have eSalon tweek my color so it's the perfect shade every time. The fact that it's delivered to my house and I don't have to worry about stopping to pick something up on my way home from work really works for me. Pleasantly Suprised!I moved to a new area and desperately missed my stylist/colorist. I went to 2 nearby professional salons and one was too dark and the other was too light. I tried esalon after getting a recommendation from some friends and the color was EXACTLY right. I was so happy that an online color service could be so on point that I'm no longer going to a salon except for a hair cut. The packaging and instructions were very nicely presented and clear. Amazing salon color in your bathroom!I am so happy I found esalon. I have been switching between box color and salons for years. Esalon is a dream come true. My first order was nice but not exactly what I wanted. When I contacted my colorist, she responded quickly and altered my next order. I am in love with the the adjusted color! I am so thankful for esalon. Finally I can have professional looking color without having to drain my bank account. Everyone has been complimenting my new color and I feel fabulous. Beyond expectations!I was a little nervous to choose a color online but the process was easy and the reps at eSalon did a great job selecting my color. My scalp is sensitive to chemicals but I had no issues with this product. The instructions were personalized, detailed and easy to follow. I love how eSalon thought of everything you would need to color your hair, including a one-application shampoo and conditioner.
