Shampoo and Conditioner is good too!My color covers grey beautifully and the color last long. My only negative, is that even after rinsing several times, my color lacks shine. Great color/bad applicationThis is the third time I've used the esalon service for my hair color. They have tweaked my color to one that I do really like however the application part of it is not one that I enjoy. I understand I am not a professional but I have loads of experience in both applying my own color and having my color professionally done. The first time using it I don't recall any issues, the second time using it I couldn't get the color to rinse out, it felt like it seized up on my scalp and I literally had to scrub my scalp extremely hard with my nails in order to get it out. I actually emailed about it and was told to use a clarifying shampoo. I just applied this again today (thinking maybe I did something wrong or I was just the unlucky recipient of a faulty mix) and the same thing happened again. I had to scrub to get the seized product off my scalp. I followed the directions extra cautiously because of the last time and it still happened. I love the final color but am angered over the experience and unfortunately will be cancelling my subscription as a result. I'll fork over the extra cash to have it professionally done as I now lack confidence in myself and the products I purchase for home use. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
