NOT WHAT I ORDEREDTELL ME HOW TO WASH THIS OUT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wish i could send you pictures. I ordered a warm medium brown and I have the worst hair color i have ever had in my life. It is so dark and massive auburn color to it. I made specific details when i called that my hair tends to go auburn and it is all that color now. It was to be a medium brown and it is the darkest brown auburn i have ever seen. I am not happy at all and i can't go out in public like this. IT IS HORRIBLE. What is wrong with you people. Negative impressionNothing about either order has left me feeling happy Asked for adjustments to first color as wasn't happy with it from what I can see they sent same color but hard to tell as never received the order When I went to support filled out info site would not let me submit it so I assume I'm just out the money If possible to give zero stars I would 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great colour but 3 different shades!I got a slightly different colour made up and was also sent a complimentary end colour, but the colour i put on my roots is a different colour to the ends colour. the ends are quite red whereas the roots are a lighter brown and in spots, a dark copper colour. Not sure if i did something wrong or there was something wrong with the colour this time.
