Using for about a yearI think I need to go a little darker it comes out dark blonde but I don't get a shine but I'm also going grey so I don't know what color to go with I did take a photo and will submit to the color consultant ... Colour too darkThis was my first order and it was too dark however the colourist has communicated with me by email and phone and they have adjusted it in order for me to place my second order. I hope it will be correct this time! I found the shampoo very sticky and was not easy to rinse out. It took 2 full hair washed to get rid of the dense sticky residue. It's OK I guessI was really excited to try this! I have stubborn Gray's and was hoping that I wouldn't have to color as often. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I still have gray hairs, and there was more than enough color to cover them all up. Overall the product wasn't bad, but I will probably just stick to my color in a box.
