You ROCKED IT!The last time I went to a salon, the bill came to $250.00 for a cut and color and I didn't like the color. Needless to say, I was floored when I went to the desk to pay. I tried Madison Reed and that color was too dark and they did not have customization for what I wanted. I tried another color and my roots didn't take well, so I was left with 3 different colors on my head. I then decided to try eSalon, how could it hurt, right? I'm already a mess. I sent eSalon a picture of my hair color and eSalon sent me a color for my roots and a color for my ends. I followed the instructions exactly. Well, I went to bed with my hair wet and when I woke up in the morning, I had the most beautiful color I have ever had!! eSalon ROCKED it. No dark roots, no light ends, just allover perfect color. excellent colourreceived my colour excellent value for money colour is lovely. However I did find that the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling slimmy and once dry crispy. From golden brown to a brassy copper colorMy hair is a brassy cooper color now. My complaint is a sent questions asking for help in how to fix it since I had an event to go to. Perfect matchI bought my custom color to cover a few grays in my roots. The color just match perfectly my natural color and for now has no red at all. I enjoyed the process but the mess came when I used the classic conditioner; it left my hair so sticky they wouldn’t dry, so I had to wash my hair again and once more after that.
