Gray rootsWell i really excited about this color hoping it was cover my roots where i would not have to go darker. I liked how it didn't leave a tint around my edges and was too dark on my hair as using a darker brown color from my salon. Would love to try again but the color takes also too long to be delivered. Feels very chemical with dried and damaged hairThe smell of chemicals persisted even after another shampoo wash. My hair looks dry and dull. I wish they were using more natural ingredients. My scalp developed dryness and a mild dandruff. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too Bright and not at all a nice colourI was expecting a Dark Brown with a Mahogany undertone - Images provided of existing colour to aid as requested with the explanation/request. I used following the instructions provided, but the end result was a harsh and bright red that didn't suit me or look appealing (having been red before this was simply not a nice red). I've had no issue with colour previously from here, was always very happy with the results. Maybe someone miscalculated or formulated on this occasion, as looking more in-depth at the formulation details online it mentions lighter...not at all what I asked about, as I'm naturally on the darker side with my hair and wanted to stay closer to that. I did immediately contact to query and raise the issue, no response as of yet which is disappointing.
