Shipping is the worstIf you actually need to receive the product give yourself at least 2 weeks to actually receive it. Placed an order November 29 and as of December 13th it is still not here. didn't worki got a brownish purple dye (not even what i asked for) and it didn't work at all. just ended up with my original hair color, and left it very damaged. i followed the directions exactly right, yet it still came out horrible. not to mention the process was incredibly difficult, so many things to mix together and application was very hard to understand in the directions. the fumes from the chemicals almost made me pass out, there's no reason it should've been such an ordeal for nothing, basically wasted my whole day. definitely not buying from y'all again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. The WorstI don't know if my colorist just doesn't know how to do her job or what the deal is, but my hair is nothing like it was supposed to be. I have medium blonde hair and I ordered a light copper color. My hair turned out DARK brown with a tint of red. Think chocolate cherry. It was nothing like the picture and I don't even know how it turned out so dark unless they made a mistake and sent me the wrong formulation. Even the undertones were completely wrong. I've dyed my hair consistently my whole life so I know it wasn't a problem on my end. I've washed my hair 15+ times in the last two days and now I have to go out and buy color oops to try to get it out. I'm so disappointed. When I emailed customer service all they did was say "oh no! Sorry you don't love your color! Don't dye your hair for 3 weeks or you'll get hot roots!" Then said they would send me my new formulation. As if I would ever buy from them again after this. I'd more like an explanation on how my color is so drastically different than it was supposed to be. Obviously whoever is doing the color formulations doesn't have any actual hair experience. So just beware guys because now I have to pay to strip my hair and hope it doesn't damage it more. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I love my styalistI like to try and keep my hair color as close to what it was like when I was younger. My stylist at esalon is great. Every time that I need or want to tweak my color, and trust me I do it often, I just send a note trying to explain what it is that I would like done and she gets back to me with the new color tweak and help. 4 of 9 people found this review helpful. Too darkThe packaging and what comes in the package is wonderful. Everything is clearly marked with directions. I sent in a photo of my current hair and unfortunately what they sent me was too dark and had no highlights. Just a flat color, which is not what I’m used to with the color that I normally use.
