Terrible product!!This dried my hair out SO BADLY and made so much hair fall out. I am so upset and wish I never would have ordered this. To to it all off, it didn't work at all to cover my gray. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone. color did not lastthis is the first time my color did not last it was not even a full month and the color did not last. Okay, not great.Did my application last night. The color came out close to the strawberry blonde I wanted. It's not shiny, kind of dingy looking. The dye was very strong smelling, burned my eyes and completely dried out my hair. The two bottles wasn't enough for all my hair, so I missed a few spots. Not impressedI planned to lighten my dark brown hair, and cover grey. Despite adding photos I received a light brown colour which made my hair darker and covered the natural highlights in my hair, rather than being multi dimensional. I sent a message to customer service about this as I would like to be reimbursed before trying any further hair colours. I've received no response, and having washed my hair three times the colour appears to be fading.
