Poor customer service, impossible to cancelI did not use the initial colour I was sent, deciding instead to go to a salon to get my hair coloured. This company auto shipped a second order despite never asking for this. I tried calling to cancel but the line provided was not in use. I tried emailing but have not received a response so I've been charged and received shipment of a second order which I have no intention of using. This is very frustrating. I'm annoyed to be out of pocket but also annoyed at the waste of having to throw this out unused. I would give no stars if possible but unfortunately it isn't. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Cannot get color rightI’ve used this product twice, at the recommendation of the esalon colorists, very disappointed as my roots ( dirty blonde hair) have come out an orangish brassy color. Same exact color as before.Sorry, there was no change in my color after using my last color set after requesting more red. Helps that you do not disclose what is sent thus , like the “Emperors New Clothes” we think it is different. It was not. I requested more red.
