Ruined my hairI am absolutely devestated my hair is almost black at the roots and bright red at the ends !! I am in floods of tears my hairs ruined I will never ever use your service again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from you ! Roots and ends dont match - my hair is purple and redI decided to try esalon as getting my hair done in the salon became too expensive. I sent photographs of my freshly dyed hair and filled out the questionnaire which was great and I was very excited to receive my colour, I had chosen Dark Brown (red/copper). My colour came there was red/brown/copper in my root mix and only red/copper for my end mix and I did a test strand which came out quite red and I was concerned there was no brown in my colour mix. I messaged the support team to express my concerns about the lack of brown. I was reassured that the colour would be okay and decided to give it a go. The result of the colour is that my roots are an unnatural red/purple and my ends are extremely red and I am very upset that it looks nothing like the swatch for dark brown (copper/red) on the website. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
