UnbelievableMy hair color is auburn, so as I have grayed it has been very difficult to get the correct shade. When I was in a cosmopolitan area and paid a couple of hundred dollars per visit I could have what I wanted, but with moving and reduced finances no way. It took one adjustment and eSalon nailed the color, shade and tone. The color lasts better than when I had expensive services, let alone the do it yourself stuff you buy. AMAZINGThese products are awesome!! I love the rich beautiful color of my hair. The colorist sent me an email saying that she had chosen a lighter color for me because she thought th color I chose was too dark, well she was absolutely right. I love the product, the ease of use butI've now used this product 3x on my hair, it's easy, they totally work with you on color, it's custom for YOU. SatisfactionThus far, I have been pleased with the product. Still trying to modify in order to get the maximum results. I think I am getting very close.
