I love my haircolorOMG!! I absolutely love this haircolor and the product is great. I haven't dyed my hair for the past 6 years so my hair was turning grey and it looked dull with no shine or life but your product added depth, shine and a super beautiful color. Don’t Give Up!!!When I decided to start coloring my hair at home I had tried another mail order home coloring brand as well as esalon. With the other home delivery brand, My roots were always lighter than my ends and the color began washing out and fading after one week. This time.... FINALLY- After at least 5 tries spaced at least 1 month apart- I LOVE MY COLOR! I chose Medium Brown 5.0 this time. I also ordered Demi permanent this time, instead of permanent, because I only have a few Greys. I just wanted hair to match my natural Hair Color. Brown- Not Red, or gold or black.... just natural brown. I love the Neutralizer in it, and the Medium Brown is PERFECT! I was LITERALLY one Home Color away from giving up going back to the Salon! I have had several different Esalon email accounts - Medium Ash Brown turned out Black. All of the Light Brown Combos (Ash, Cool Beige, Golden) all turned my roots red or light orange. This time, I sent a long paragraph detailing all of these issues and sent pictures in with my order. My roots are perfect! Medium Brown 5.0. It is the very first time I’ve ever loved my home color! My greys are covered. And my hair isn’t red- or too dark, or too ashy.... love it! I carefully colored my roots only. I only did the emulsion through my ends, because they always have turned black any time I pull even Light Brown through. Thanks for your amazing service and expertise !! A small hiccup - no conditioner!My most recent shipment contained two shampoos and no conditioner......not a great mistake when coloring your hair. The color is beautiful, but I’m not convinced it’s healthier than semi permanent color. The smell of ammonia is strong and I can only imagine the effect on my hair.
