Never store bought againThis was by far the scariest yet ended up being the best decision - ordering my hair color from esalon. It lasts longer, ( I feel kinda like a pro when my box arrives ) and i never have to think, "oh dear, i forgot my dye at the store". every 7 weeks it just shows up. I pay far less annually compared to a store bought product. The store bought, I would have to do every 5 or 6 weeks. Just not my colorOK you changed my color from light brown because it was leaving my hair a red color. Now it is darker brown and the red is darker. So, my hair is going from light brown to darker red and brown. What up?? Only will try to get this right one more time and that is it. This is ridiculous . I am so disappointed for the second time!This is the second time I have used this product without desired results. Definitely NOT a drug store experienceMy order arrived timely and the thoughtful extras that were included were fantastic. The portions were generous, the instructions clear and easy to follow. The color solution was nice and creamy with no unpleasant smell. I have plenty left for a root touch up between now and my next order arriving.
