Copper instead of AshFollowed instructions to a T and the color is incredibly warm. Originally asked for a light beige blonde and was sent a medium ash blonde after correspondence from the colorist. The Best!I have been using esalon for awhile now and it is the best hair color around! My hair has never been this healthy. I use all their hair products. I really like that the products are shipped to my home I never have to worry that I won't be able to find my hair color. The color is very close to my original hair color and it conceals most of my gray. GreatI love esalon. They take the time to listen to what it is you want . The products are also great. They shine up my hair so much and The other great thing is you dont have to smell a strong chemical smell while doing all this . Absolutely perfect!I am delighted with the color! It is exactly what I asked for, and the coverage is complete. I don't have many grays but my hair was previously colored. I followed the directions and voila! Perfection! On top of all of the gorgeous color, my hair is shinier and softer than it was prior to the process! What an unexpected bonus!
