Great service!My hair was in terrible condition from using cheap hair colour. It was also uneven and just didn’t look good. I need to colour my hair every 5 weeks or so because it’s pretty grey and I’m not ready for that. The first two colours weren’t the right shade, but the quality was very good and it was easy to adjust the tone. Third time was a charm and I also got the highlight kit and the colour is amazing! STYLISTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!Stylist did not listen to my request. I told her I did NOT want the dark blonde instead I wanted something else. I asked if I could get the color, I wanted she said absolutely and still mailed me dark blonde?!? I used the color, and it is HIDEOUS! I cannot afford the $300+ my salon wants to do a color correct so here I sit with supposed dark blonde hair that looks GREEN! I emailed about my concern after coloring and no response was received, seems the company is only interested in responding to you if you are praising them! I saw my next shipment with the same HIDEOUS dark blonde color was due to be sent out so i cancelled it and need to now figure out how to cancel the whole subscription! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Best customer service EVER!This is the first time I have used Esalon. I ordered my. Color. When I applied the color and was blow drying my hair I noticed that all the Grays were. Gold bronze not dark brown. Easton and my color specialist sent me a new combo for free. Unfortunately, I got the same results. Esalon and my specialist sent me another color FOR FREE ! They were more concerned that I received the correct color, rather than making money. I was blown away by the way they handled it and helped me. I’m still trying to find the right color; however.
