Overall goodI love all the accessories you always get, gloves, stain remover, etc. the color is good but for some reason my sideburn area never gets all the grays covered. I went from boxed store dye to esalon, and while esalon is great, boxed color covered my hairline/sideburn areas just fine. GreatHowever I have very long hair and understood I was paying for 2 bottles at 32 dollars every time you charge me and some change. I have complained before that I don’t have enough product for all of my hair but still this keeps happening. Am I missing something? HAVE YOU CHANGED MY FORMULA?The last couple of my custom color sets haven't been consistent! Particularly the last one I used that was prepared on October 4, 2021. It didn't cover my gray, it appeared that the formula did not blend together so easily and my results were bad coverage, not as rich in color as I usually have. I felt the result was very disappointing! I don't know if another consultation is in order? I'm thinking about changing color to match more with my roots?
