Darker than I expected it to be but still a great experience.I was disappointed that the colour came out so dark...I wonder was it because brown was added to the mix....I did use the copper Tint that I also purchased and I loved the colour it gave me... I will message my colourist and discuss making up another colour as I believe in this process and do love how soft it left my hair. I liked itI have been trying to have a color that sticks to my hair for years now, all of the products I have used from the stores color my grays real bright and the rest of the hair stays dark making it a huge contrast that I have to color it back to dark. I used to wear my hair warm red and I loved it then! but then I had it dyed brown once and could never regain my usual red hair. I intent to go lighter than this, but I was afraid I would have the same situation I´ve always have, to my surprise redish color came back (I wish I had chose lighter red) it is a dark auburn, but there is something to start I guess! I really liked it. The only thing I saw is that you send very small amount of the conditioner, and the ends are very dry, it really needs a bit more. I loved my color.I loved the color but it did not cover the gray at the roots completely. I even left it on and extra 5 min. It had been only 6 weeks since my last color so the gray wasn't that bad. Trying adjusted color - Update10 years of using your product, is still my fav color kit, the variety that I can choose from is great, the shampoo packets are great, but the bottles are a little pricey for my budget. This order had an adjustment on my request and Andrea my colorist was obliging. Andrea, my latest pic shows the adjustment, very nice tones on this one, thank you. Little darker than what I was visualizing, but that is ok! You and your team are the experts on adjusting!
