Didn’t color my gray rootsThis is the 2nd time I’ve used this. Both times the color was a light brown on my roots where the rest of the color was dark brown. I need to go back to the salon. COLOR DIFFERENTI was very happy with my color the first two times I ordered but this last batch was not the same color, even though it stated on the booklet it was the same color ratio. New fanI am extremely pleased with this product. I color my hair every 5-6 weeks to cover a crown of grey around my hairline. I usually home color from Sally's. I normally like those results but I decided to try ESALON. I wanted to get away from the red in my hair. I left notes and the colorist got it perfect! It covered my grey in very natural way.
