Great productThis was a great experience, I loved this product and found the step by step instructions very easy to navigate through. Really feel well taken care of!I have been coloring my hair at home using commercial hair color since moving to the UK from South Africa. I have been interested in the eSalon products back home but delivery to South Africa was too expensive. I decided to give eSalon a try and wow. I have been blown away by their service!!!. The website is easy to work through, I suggested what color I wanted my hair, and sent a picture so they could see it, The color they sent me was perfect, Unfortunately I didn't follow the instructions properly and used the second bottle for another root touch up, which obviously failed.... ESalon were so great and helpful and sent me more color to fix the problem. The product is beautifully packaged and comes with the color, gloves, shampoo and conditioner packets, pair of gloves, the stain guard and stain remover . I highly recommend this hair coloring kit. Not the color I ExpectedMy hair was a dark burgundy color so I was excited when this color was coming to me. HOWEVER when coloring my hair the color was a BROWN and totally covered all my burgundy. Now I have dark brown hair and NOT HAPPY. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Long thick hairI described that I have long thick hair in my initial profile. There was not enough color product to pull color through the ends of my hair to blend for final few minutes of processing.
