What happened?So I’ve been using e-salon for a while and have had great results. I decided to be adventurous because I believed that I would get similar results considering I’ve had a good experience with the last formulas I’ve used. Well, I decided to try and go for a deep auburn. I received my color as well as a gloss for the part of my hair that was already colored. The formula was great! The initial results were beautiful, I loved the deep red I got...the only problem I had is that it didn’t last after my first wash! I use the Joico color endure shampoo so I highly doubt that was the cause for my beautiful red now being back to the brown it was before. My roots are still a bit red but my ends are brown. Best Dye EVER!I am about 50% gray and no matter what brand I bought, even those that said 100% gray coverage, it would NEVER cover all my gray hair. It was always more like 40% plus my hair would turn out brassy, I was told to buy colors with Ash in them, it still didn't help but, this brand with adjustments from their colorist didn't make my hair red. Disappointing for the first time everI have been using your product for a long time and never had any reason to complain only praise for this amazing product. However my last order seemed to be a little sparse. The bottle shape has altered looks smaller but assuming the amount of product is the same...I did not have enough ...I usually have about a 50p size blob left to put through ends before rinsing off.This time I barely had enough to cover roots. My daughter applies my colour for me and noticed it too. Color didn't hold/coverDidn't have good gray coverage. I don't have a lot but immediately saw the ones I do come through after rinsing color off. After 2nd shampoo there was a lot of color loss. ColorHi, this was the second time my color didn’t seem great. It’s lighter and lighter with no blue tone in it at all. I tried to complain once and you sad I’m dying my hair wrong. Now it was lighter again. I understand mistakes can happen , admit them though.
