Wonderful Experience 100%I'm going to use bullet points to make this shorter... 1. The first (and subsequent) conversations with my colorist (Jenny) were SO friendly, informative, and I felt like she actually really cared about every single thing I said. 2. Beyond conversing, Jenny took extra time to let me upload further photos of my hair is various colors to show how it had taken those, including what I was ordering this time. 3. Delivery was SO fast!!! 4. The eSalon Team included a FREE complimentary entire second kit for my hair (due to length and thickness, as well as having color in it already). 5.
