Very PleasedI'm so happy I found eSalon. My color lasts, the gray is covered, there is no fading, and my hair has a shine I never achieved with other hair color either boxed or in the salon. Something has changedI've always really loved my esalon hair colour. It had very little odor and I always loved the way my hair felt even right after a colour (which was a first for me). For the past several colours, I have noticed a change. The colour feels really waxy and is really difficult to rinse off after a colour. I don't love the way it feels as I used to. I hope that things go back the way they were or I will have to look for a better product. Worst customer serviceI received my order and when I applied it the color was the previous color. I was upset since I did go into the salon to have them match the color. I emailed them and got a sarcastic email back. I called and was told they send the correct order. What would I like them to do. When asked to speak to a manager I was told she was busy and she would tell me the same thing. Rude customer service...
