Second bad color in a rowI'm so tired of the horrible colors this company sends and the so called color specialists that are supposed to help you fix their mishaps. ColorI just colored my hair for the new year and am unfortunately unhappy with it. I found the instructions a little difficult to follow (unless you have someone helping you) but most of all the color was not quite what I was hoping and the coverage was spotty in places and didn't cover the gray around my hairline. Absolute perfection!I went back to my natural hair color after doing a blonde ombre for a while. The color formula was absolutely perfect, covered all of the blond and left a gorgeous tone of brown that wasn't just solid brown.
