Takes My Breath AwaySeriously. Love the color and the results, but the chemical odor and vapor almost triggers an asthma attack. Even in a well-ventilated space, it borders on noxious. Looked terrible under lightThis colour looked fine on when you were in darkness or there was no bright lights. When you go outside in the sunshine or are under artificial lighting it shine a really bright and illuminating orange red colour. If I had wanted red tones I'd have ordered one that colour. Trouble opening the bottleI just recommend your company to a friend. We both got our delivery and did our hair the same night. I went to mix the products and could not open the small bottle. I used a jar opening grip, and finally tried to use a tool to open it and the bottle broke and more than half of the liquid was lost. I spoke to my friend and she had the same issue opening the bottle. I have been using this company for a long time now and was not happy. Bad productPlease remove me from your email list. Your hair color products changed and are bad. I could not remove my credit card information from the system and that is WRONG. Color was to RedThe last color had to much red in it (look at uploaded pictures). My roots are a lighter red color then the rest of my hair and not enough brown. And yes I only did the roots and not the entire head. Not enough gray coverageI’ve really enjoyed eSalon but when I updated my color, my gray coverage hasn’t been as good. I sent an email and got no response.
