Bad productPlease remove me from your email list. Your hair color products changed and are bad. I could not remove my credit card information from the system and that is WRONG. Color was to RedThe last color had to much red in it (look at uploaded pictures). My roots are a lighter red color then the rest of my hair and not enough brown. And yes I only did the roots and not the entire head. Not enough gray coverageI’ve really enjoyed eSalon but when I updated my color, my gray coverage hasn’t been as good. I sent an email and got no response. Not at all what I wantedI love the fact that the color is custom and it is shipped fairly quick, however the color was way darker than what I expected it to be. It didnt let me pick the honey blonde color I actually wanted and to top it off, it actually changed the texture to my hair. I have very curly hair and after applying the color it actually straightened some of it so it doesnt even curl correctly now. More than expectedI didn’t have high expectations simply because my experiences with at home coloring had been mediocre at best. But when I opened the box and saw the detailed instructions I was pleasantly surprised. The application process was easy and I was very happy with the final results. My latest colorYou guys are amazing. I'm once again so happy with my new color. I have no idea how you do it without actually seeing me. LOL. This new color is even better than I imagined. Lots of gold, beautiful, silky, always easy to use. I have told my friends about using the left over color and rinsing it through the hair for 2 min. before washing and no one ever heard of that. Obsessed!!!I can’t beleive what a beautiful, natural looking color my hair is after using ESalon. I was skeptical at first, considering I couldn’t see the product from the jump with my own eyes.
