Custom Made Color for me :)I have been dying my hair on my own for a while now, sometimes i get listless and switch things up, darker, lighter, golden, toned ash, lighter again, then darker, im kind of all over the place. I have been loving the last color i did and it was all melting together so well but my roots were terrible. i took a leap of faith and tried to sort out what color i truly wanted for my hair. Not enough product to cover my rootsI received my initial order and used immediately. I followed the instructions but sadly there was not enough product to cover all my roots. I waited to try a further bottle before making a review. But the second bottle was double the price as the first was an introductory offer and again I followed the instructions and it still did not cover all my roots. I have shoulder length, but extremely thick hair. The colour is darker than what I usually use. I thought that it might last longer between retouching, as it is more expensive than my usual brand. Not what I expected!I was looking for something burgundy, I sent a picture with my request and got this reply from Freddy.... This hair color requires your hair to be pre-lightened and then toned to vibrant Purple/Violet, which is a service that is currently only available in a salon. However, we can adjust your color to include similar Purple/Violet undertones. I followed the directions exact and there are no purple/violet undertones at all.... my hair is actually a shade of brunette when my is originally a light shade of red, and auburn shade I guess! WOW !!I was fed up with store bought hair color. It turned my hair orange every time. ( I am natural blonde going gray). I cant afford to go to a salon. So I took a chance on E Salon. These people are great ! The color is so close to my natural color that my Mom, Son, and best friend could not tell the difference ! They just kept telling me I looked really good today. My salon team kept me informed every step of the way. The first time I used it, I needed a little better coverage in front for super grey hair. And when I got my 2nd order they had adjusted the color and directions, and it turned out beautiful. Absolutely EVERYTHING you need is included.
