Love my colorHowever the bottles was closed so tight I could not get them open with my hands . I had pry open the bottles with a steak knife to get open which could of been dangerous. Otherwise my color is awesome. Received a lot of compliments 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

love the colorI love the color but I had an awful time trying to get the cap off of the color bottle. My daughter couldn't get it off either. We ended up having to poke a hole in the bottle with a paring knife, which the tip broke off of. Is there a way not to tighten them so tight??? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color was much to lightWhen I wrote my instructions for my color I said I need a light to medium brown but I was sent a dark blond. The color was way to light and looked odd because you could tell the difference and my roots were much lighter so I may as well have not bothered to color my hair. I believe you only looked at the picture which showed highlights in my hair and based the color on the highlights. Hopefully my next shipment will be better Update. Impossible to cancel accountI have sent several emails and telephone trying to cancel this subscription. The money was taken - marked refunded on my account in December - no refund received by my bank and yesterday I received more products. This product is not for me. Not what I was going forThis color was not what I was going for. I received the first package which had the roots and the gloss and they were two different colors, which I thought was weird but I went along with it and followed the instructions. The colors ended up blending with Step 3, but it was not the color I was going for at all. It was way too light and too brown. It is more like having brown hair that looks red in a certain light. My real frustration was when I was communicating with the colorist. I told her several times that I wanted it to be as red as possible, but I still received a dye that had a lot of brown in it and she never made any adjustments to my formula, even after expressing my concerns. The box was shipped while I was still emailing with her about adjusting my color. Too red. Extremely disappointed.Wanted ash brown which is the closest to my natural color but in result got this red shade. I did ask color specialist to make sure that the color selection won't cause red shade afterwards. Extremly disappointed with the color. Amazing.I have a pixie cut & even my hairdresser commented on the beautiful tones in my hair. He explained normally brown dyes are flat but mine bounced & caught the light.
