Colored my endsI like the color. However, I applied it all over rather than just touching up my roots. Now my ends are darker. I failed to go on to the website to read the specifics of application. I assume it would be indicated in the package that was mailed to me. Now the golden tips I organically did, with my first application are gone. What should I do next? Love the color not the shampoo & conditionerI have had my hair done from a box off the shelf to buying it from a beauty supply to getting it professionally done. I have a lot of grey and the color they matched me with looks awesome even better than when I have had my hair done at the salon. But I only did my roots and after using the shampoo and conditioner there was a buildup on my hair that I had to use my regular shampoo and conditioner the next day to get it out. I don't usually wash my hair the day after I get it done but my hair felt horrible. DisappointedTo start with the kit doesn't fit through the letter box so I had to collect it from the post office, which is very annoying. Just because you print my name on the instructions doesn't make it personalised. I found the whole thing very generic. I also found the dye very hard to wash out of my hair, the shampoo they provide you with didn't help. It took me a few washes to get it fully out. It was leaving a claggy residue at my roots. The colour is OK, no better or worse that a box dye from the shops. Left hair waxyI have used this same color a few times now. The first few times my hair felt fantastic and healthy. This last time the product coated my hair and was very waxy and difficult to wash out. I had to wash my hair multiple times with a strong clarifying product before my hair felt normal again. I was highly disappointed. After this experience I went back and read some of the one and two star reviews and see that many people have had this same issue after the first couple applications. Did you change the formula or is this some kind of bait and switch thing?? I do not color my hair often, usually only 2/3 times a year so I know my hair hasn't been over processed. Nothing SpecialI'm happy that I got my kit for ten dollars. It's supposedly custom blended, but objectively it's not better than products in the drug store. Actually, I prefer the boxed color that I can find anywhere. I highly recommend you save your money and purchase Feria instead. It's a better product. 100% Better than other brandsEsalon’s formula covers grays really well. And the best thing about it is that my hair does not smell like I just coloured it afterwards! I just love it! Customer service gave a quick reply when I had a querry, and they were helpful too! This order arrived within 5 days of ordering, not 6 weeks as it said so yey for delivery service!
