New subscriber-couldnt be happierI recently got my first subscription order. I had just gotten done with a very disappointing experience with another online subscription hair color service (M.R.) and had seen other people had good luck with esalon. I have colored black hair, with natural mousy brown as a base. I went through the options and based on the colorists suggestion went with the soft black intense pearl. The delivery came very quickly and included a warmer gloss for my ends, as a freebie. Awesome surprise! After doing the color, (including the gloss!) I can say that I havent loved my color this much in years, if EVER! The color is deep and intense but also soft and natural. I RARELY ever write reviews on products but this is one that I felt I must. My hair feels healthy and shiny and the color makes me so happy to see every day!!
