I'm a lifer to E SalonThe products are very well packaged, with great easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions and as for the little sticker in the box, brilliant idea. When you set up before colouring your hair it feels like you're having a day at the salon everything your need in one nice box. I've been struggling with my grey roots for the last 3 years or so and used store-bought dye which worked but I felt I was still fighting my roots within a couple of weeks. I decided to give E Salon ago. They have nailed my hair colour and I couldn't be happier. My first order was a good colour but I wanted just a hint of red so I sent my instructions to the colourist and she or he got it spot on. Whoever you are thank you so much. I hope whoever is reading this that you have the same good experience as I did, I won't be buying hair colour or products from anywhere else. Canceling After 5 yrs.I have complained about the color mixture and it is still gritty and globby. I was told it was a problem with the delivery. Or the weather. It was neither.
