I Love My 1st Box!!This box, when I opened it I was so Excited! It look so expensive but it was not. 😀 Even the labels had my name on them! I am reading the into & instructions. OkayI like it better than the last one I know I didn't explain what I want the right way I should've said copper. I don't think it's possible to get copper now since I've coloured my natural hair but I'd at least like less brown if I can't get copper. I'm going right in the middleI am only one day in but basing my reviews on my initial reaction. My first observation....MESSY. the third process is sooooo messy. i stood in the white shower, pouring the water filled leftovers on my head and kept looking around at all the red dye that was going everywhere in the shower. the walls, the knobs, the shelves, the foor. it almost gave me so much anxiety wondering if it was going to come out. Phew, it did tho. That's nice to know if ever use it again. Second observation....after using Overtone for years, the smell of E salon was overwhelming....at points, it made me tear up bc the ammonia was so strong. Makes me question what i just put in my hair. Third observation, the color is very dull and my roots came out a lot lighter than my hair. I'm the type of person that can pretty much roll with anything....i've been almost every color, every length. So I'm not totally against trying it again but feel like i may switch back to overtone for the health of my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Beware that you're signing up for a continuing subscriptionI ordered the custom care kit but changed my mind about coloring my hair myself. Since I asked for the kit to be custom-made for me I didn't pursue getting a refund. I had no idea that I had signed up for a continuing subscription until I received a second coloring kit in the mail and saw that it had been charged to my bank account. When I called eSalon to explain that I was not aware that I was signing up for a continuing subscription, the agent told me to take the kit to the post office, mark the package refused, and it would be returned to eSalon and I would get my refund. That sounded kind of sketchy to me but I didn't think I had any alternative but to followed those directions. Well, when I tracked the package today I learned that the post office had disposed of the package, that it couldn't be delivered to or wasn't accepted by eSalon. I did check my esalon account today and it doesn't appear that I'm still enrolled in the continuing subscription but who knows. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
