Waxy mess!This was my second time using this product. The first time I had no issues but the color did not color my gray areas enough so I decided on giving it a second shot when my next shipment came in. Following directions step by step, I noticed that when I went to rinse my hair, it felt like a clump of wax! I had to wash my hair 4 times to finally get my hair back to normal. Latest coloringThanks for adjusting the last order sent on May 1, 2018. The addition of the blue and pearl in my formula made a definite difference in the amount of brassy tones, the roots took a nice beige tone, it’s so much better.
