Did not receive my orderIt’s been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I emailed customer service with no response. Not impressed with my first experience. Shop results but not costI am so happy with the custom set. It is so easy to use and I look like I've gone to a shop. The color is so soft and natural looking without the harshness on my hair of over the counter colors. The color has highlights that make it look natural and is so easy to apply. ZufriedenVielen Dank! Die Kommunikation vorab lief reibungslos und wunderbar! Im Paket war alles gut verpackt und leicht erklärt. Die Farbe war leicht auftragbar und hat auch nicht chemisch gerochen. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist Wahnsinn. Der Service ist super, die Ware top! Und ich war wirklich positiv vom Ergebnis überrascht. eSalon wowed meI ordered eSalon color at the advice of a friend. She told me they custom fit your color to your needs, even if those needs change. My first box arrived and it was too light (didn't cover my roots) so I reached out to eSalon for help. They had me send them a photo of my hair at the present moment and sent me a new kit for free This one knocked it out of the park. Be patientWhen I first put the color on and waited the 30 minutes I was panicked because the dye was jet black. To my very pleasant surprise it didn't come out black,but reddish brown, which is my natural hair color.. I didn't do the best job coloring it myself but next time I'll have a friend help. Hält nicht das was es versprichtLeider sind diese so toll angepriesenen Farben in keiner Weise dementsprechend.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht.Zudem sind die Büros geschlossen - keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit um die kommende Bestellung zu stornieren! incomplete coverageMy gray was not completely covered. I was mostly covering the grow out that wasn't completely covered. Additionally, the colored seemed flat and dull.
