Best Beauty Product on the market!I used to pay $140 to get my hair colored. I got fed up when after tipping my stylist well for years, I just felt like I did not receive the level of service and outcome consistent with the money I was paying. Discovered this product online and my friends tell me my hair color has never looked so good. Love the Color!This was my first order of the dark blond. I love the color however I didn't like the enclosed shampoo or conditioner. The products made my hair feel heavy. I had to rewash my hair with my regular shampoo and conditioner. After I rewashed my hair everything was fine. I had been using the Ms. Clariol brand of hair color in dark blond for years. After turning 40 I noticed I have to color my hair every 4-5 weeks so my gray doesn't take over. It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I colored with the eSalon hair color and my gray is barely showing. Usually by now I have to grab a box of hair color and pencil in a time to dye my hair again. My color is staying true and not turning kind of copper like it usually does. By the way I also liked that the color was on reorder. I'm really busy and so forgot to reorder. . UNBELIEVABLE. do not hesitate. Much better than any high priced salonI don't get it. You guys are really sumthin!! How you can get the shade, the nuances to accent complexion, present coloring ( if any), and the requests is unbelievable. This was the 1st time I got exactly what was best in the bottle! The 1st time I, myself, KNEW what I wanted but somehow, noone else was getting it in PERSON! I'm talking lots of salon visits, LOTs of money, Lots of communicating with the stylist or colorist in this case. Still, always came away feeling undersatisfied or let down.. They make you think they "got it". But at the end or once you get home its always something you just have to make due with.. . You guys really listen to every detail My case.. grays, aging hair, condition changes that go along with that. It's bad enough to get older. PRESENT coloring is big too. Anyway, they heard it all on line. Somehow they got it so RIGHT! The first time I was extremely happy with the result of the color they sent. Condition of hair was great, no drying ends, color saturaton was just right, even on highlighted hair, blended beautifully, and lasted longer without fading. Totally complimented my complexion and even enhanced it. The reason I waited so long to order again was ONLY because of the necessity to wait several months after a major surgery and for my hair to get healthy again. Major surgery, trauma or high stress wreaks havoc on your system. Your hair will reflect it, no doubt. I can not say enough about the quality of this service/business. something differentI have been a happy customer for several years, but this color seemed different. First, I had asked for a little lighter, and it doesn't seem to be lighter at all (not a deal breaker) but the product seemed different. It was drippier than usual, but then when it was time to wash it out, it took forever! It just wouldn't wash out! I used the whole tube of shampoo supplied (usually just use half) and then I had to use my own shampoo and rewash again. I still feel a little sticky in one spot on my head. Underwhelmed 1st experienceFrom the shipping notice that took at least seven days to actually be able to track it, to the fact that the color I received is absolutely nothing like what I expected, to the average quality of the results, I'm underwhelmed - especially for the price.
