Only half right.I was excited about trying this out. While I LOVE the personalized experience, my color was not what I asked for. I do understand that the color I requested is a bit more difficult. I wish I had been informed on any issues with achieving it. I asked for a purple / black color (which I've achieved elsewhere), but my haircolor is simply black. Since I loved everything else so much, I'm going to try one more time. I'll lighten the color to see if that helps. I truly hope it turns out better. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Good coverage but a little dullI have a lot of grey and this covers my hair well....i am disappointed by the dullness of the colour....not at all shiny and makes me feel a bit dull!! 😔 not sure what to do?! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
