Love my color!I love my color. I've been using esalon for several months now, and I've been thrilled with my hair results each month. My reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping price...in my opinion, you might be able to retain loyal customers better if free shipping was offered for customers who have a subscription for their color. Even with the few dollars off, the price is just a little steep for me. Made my hair stiff like a broom brushUsed it and it didn't do what it was supposed to. Plus it made my hair really stiff and sticky. Feels like I put a whole tube of gel/bottle of hair spray on my hair. I will just stick to the German product I use (at least I know it does the job). 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Sticky and greasyLast time I chose a different color and I didn't have any problems! I wanted a dark brown this time which the color turned out beautiful, but my hair feels like there is a thick film on it and it looks greasy like I haven't showered in days. It leaves sticky and oily residue on my hands and people kept asking me tonight at work if my hair was wet and it was really embarrassing.
