I did not like this product.I had my cousin who's a stylist apply the color and followed all guidelines as suggested...cool water to wash my hair, special color safe shampoos, ECT..but despite that the color began to fade after 2 weeks or so. In addition to that it was supposed to be a violet shade and it wasn't even close to that. Also, my hair is now brittle even though we followed the directions exactly as they were written. I don't often dye my hair and have never had this problem in the past. My hair was healthy, thick and shiny. Now it's rough and frizzy. I would like a refund. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great colorI love this product! It colors the grey 100%. I leave it on my roots for 40 minutes and then put the rest on the ends and comb through and let sit for 2-3 minutes. My hair looks great and the shampoo and conditioner work well! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love It!A natural born redhead terrified to color her. It was time to start so I went to a professional salon, paid a fortune, and was satisfied the first time except for the cost. I went a few more times and then I was not satisfied with the color. I went on the eSalon website and went through there questionnaire about my hair. I ordered my custom blend. I was terrified to color my hair and I thought I would mess up. Great instructions, great custom color, and easy. It was fantastic!!
