It's ok for the priceIn the beginning I really liked this company, but for some reason, the last 3 times, it takes me over 30 minutes in the shower to wash it out of my hair (and I usually still can't get it all out until round #2). I LOVE esalon!The convenience of receiving my hair color at home is great! I LOVE that I can tweak the color to suit my needs. The prices are very reasonable, the products are easy to use, and the results are beautiful. I always get compliments! I am a 64 year-old cancer survivor (I had chemo) and my hair color is very important to me. My hair is fine and thin and eSalon products work beautifully. Amazing customer serviceThe whole process was enjoyable and easy. Hannah, my color consultant even helped me pick a color based on my hair condition and desired result. The shipping was incredibly fast. The packaging was nicely done, everything laid out nicely. The instructions were full-proof and personalized. And, of course, the result was salon-worthy. This color produces professional results and is easy to use at home.I love using Esalon color to keep my roots looking great. I have it shipped to my home every four weeks saving me a lot of money as my gray grows out quickly.
