Not what I expectedI loved the idea of salon quality hair color, with out paying the full price. The color I had picked out and the color I received was two totally different colors. It is an autumn red instead of being a copper red. It is a very beautiful color but it wasn’t the color that was shown. Also my hair feels as if I bleached it to a platinum blonde. Love my colorI love the fact that it doesn't drip and that it's very easy to apply. However, it, I find that the color doesn't seem to cover the gray very well, and it fades. Color Mix upIn the past, my purchases have been just fine. However my most recent shipment of color was not. The #2 bottle was not the color I wanted. Too darkThe overall color was much darker than the last color mix I received. I went from a very nice copper to an Auburn with almost zero red or copper to the tone. Definitely not happy with this coloring experience compared to previous ones. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not crazy about the new packagingThe new packaging sucks! The color leaked. The toner bottle I couldn't get tight enough I guess and it was coming up out of the neck. It's a big bummer. The shampoo and conditioner packets are way harder to open especially with wet hands.
