Not sure what happenedAfter my recent color with the new packaging the texture of my hair was not right. Usually my thick hair becomes silky and this time it was like I could not get the product out of my hair. It wasway to dark .. I have been coloring my hair for the last 30 years so I kinda know the process by now. The product was good and had ease of application however, the color itself was way to dark. Great experience!This was the 1st time I colored my own hair and I was very nervous about picking out the color and the actual process. I made my selections and my stylist contacted me. She was concerned that what I picked would be too dark based on my current color and what I claimed to want. She made a slight adjustment and suggested I try it. It turned out to be perfect!
