good productI just spoke to customer service representative Hanna telling her that my color choice is now a bit dark for me as I am approaching 70 years old. I would like to go a few shades lighter. I am going to cut my hair shorter until it is my natural color, send a picture, and come up with a shade that is more natural looking. Loved the color, liked the staying powerI really loved this color, but so far none of my eSalon colors have stayed shiny and vibrant for long. Took me 3 days to get it washed out of my hairIn filling out the questionnaire an saying that I have long thick curly hair I was excited because i thought that i would be sent enough product to color all of my hair and and whatever else would be enough. The shampoo and conditioner packets were maybe 1/2 a tbsp and did not even begin to cover my hair. This product is so waxy, day one my hair looked like i hadn't washed in in a month! It was heavy and greasy, day 2 my roots,were still clumpy and greasy and my ends looked like crap.
