Not sure what happenedAfter my recent color with the new packaging the texture of my hair was not right. Usually my thick hair becomes silky and this time it was like I could not get the product out of my hair. It wasway to dark .. I have been coloring my hair for the last 30 years so I kinda know the process by now. The product was good and had ease of application however, the color itself was way to dark.
