Far too darkThe colour saya light brown pearl mahogany. It is more of a dark plum colour. The colour i was aiming for was light brown with a rose gold colour. Its dark brown with a plum colour. Not what i expected hoping it will fade or gotta try and figure out how to lighten it. Went from mid/dark blonde to dark plum. Lovely colourGreat colour, the first order didn’t really cover the grey, they tweaked it for me and sent replacements. Fantastic service and tweaked one is perfect. Amazing Color!I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant. Everyone from the customer service, colorists and shipping departments have always been stellar in their customer service.....friendly, professional and accommodating. Best Color Ever!I couldn't believe how my color turned out!!! I've tried other brands nothing compares to eSalon the color was perfect!!!! Even my sister was impressed on how pretty the color was!!! First Time I haven't seen a Gray Hair in...YEARSThe instructions were easy to follow (if I can follow them, anyone can) and the only reason I made a mess was because I didn't follow that particular instruction about the protecting the area.
