Too darkI did have long bright copper red hair...I wanted to keep this color but instead, I now have long ashy brown hair with a hint of red :( I did do the strand test 24 hours before and it didn’t look too bad - however, the whole head application looks awful and is too dark for my complexion :( 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Put me on auto ship without my permissionExtremely disappointed I was placed on auto ship without agreeing to anything that I know of. All of a sudden I noticed my account was charged and shipment was already shipped. Will be calling customer service tomorrow to have my credit card info removed, tried to do that online and wasn't able to. Perfect ColorAfter adjusting my first try, my hair color was adjusted for me. I tried it & it was perfect. I'm loving how my hair looks. With this color, I'm not getting the washed out root problem. Love it?I was very sceptical and worried about using something off the internet but was impressed when it arrived especially has it has your name on the bottle. Plus the extras you get with it are all good quality and even the gloves are usable. The colour was not quiet right but the condition and shine from my hair is brilliant and will be ordering again and again. Thank you.
