Incredible product, service, and results!!I went from spending over $130 every 6-8 weeks to just $20! And eSalon let's me decide when it works for MY schedule- sometimes late Saturday night. Or on a Sunday when my sweet but pricey beautician is not available. I've changed the color a couple of times. You get a real person on the phone right away to give you advice and adjust your order. I just hung up with a really nice lady. My hair is much softer now because all I do is touch up the roots the way eSalon taught me- and I knew NOTHING about hair coloring before! If I can learn, anybody can learn! ESalon shows you how to do it easily. I use a bowl and the original brush applicator that came with my first shipment. I also add "shine" to my order once in a while to give my hair some extra vibrancy. I use 4 big hair clips to hold my hair in place while applying color. I've had to have family help me recently because I'm disabled but before that I could do the whole thing myself with no trouble. It really is easy and fast!
