I will not be ordering again, my first purchase did not turn out correct and the process to be fixed took far too long! I will forever be a Sally's girl and do my own hair.

Finally the perfect color!

I have trouble finding a brown that's not too dark or too red. This medium brown with violet is exactly what I wanted. I originally got the dark brown, but I just messaged them asking to make it lighter, and the next box was perfect. I also love that it automatically ships to me when I decide, because I'm always thinking "man, I need to color my hair" and then the kit just shows up! I love this product/service. Never paying $60 for the wrong color at the salon ever again.
